This coffee is produced by the brothers Edith and Ivan Meza Sagarvinaga on their farm, Finca Tasta. An activity that continues with strong passion and publication after the death of the mother who had witnessed the coffee production project. In recent years they have perfected their processing methods, focusing on sustainable cultivation. Their commitment to environmental protection is so profound that they have left nine hectares of completely wild forest to protect native animals.

The recipe of the champion

Peru Finca Tasta, signed Little Bean is the coffee selected by Marco Poidomani for the finals of the Italian Coffee In Good Spirits Championship in 2019, where he graduated Italian Champion, after a first victory in 2017, and in 2020 in which he obtained the third place.

Double espresso (20 g of ground coffee for 46 g of drink in the cup)

10 ml of 12-year anCnoc whiskey

8 ml of Mandarin bitter lover

10 ml of clementine sugar

4 ml of Marsala

Sprinkle bitter orange to taste
